Joining the planning team, you will be responsible for using your strong numerical acumen to deliver robust project plans for their Heathrow hub.Key responsibilities include:Using data modelling tools to develop and implement optimised resource plans to deliver the most effective operational performance.You will have numerous variables to consider and incorporate (e.g. productivity, flight schedules, availability, even staff sickness and absenteeism!).You will have to ensure these are regularly reviewed, analysed and challenged so that your resource plans are as accurate as possible.Work cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to ensure that operational performance meets the highest levels of customer experience and financial plans.The benefits package is unrivalled with a competitive basic salary of £30-36k, plus annual bonus, health and wellbeing discounts, as well as amazing travel benefits.Key requirements:Degree educated (or equivalent) in a numerate subject e.g. maths, statistics, MORSE.Proven ability to use data to make recommendations to business operations.Excellent planning skills, any commercial experience in planning, logistics, or operations is beneficial.Good communications skills - you will be dealing with high profile senior stakeholders.Advanced Excel skills is essential. Data modelling or data mining experience is advantageous.
